Subject: Thanks Sunny Jan.... and friends.....>>>>

That is good advice about the operating systems. I am now running windows 98 and have the cd's for the ME but refuse to install them. I've heard so many horror stories about these upgrades, and I'll just stick to my lil o box that I've got here. If it ain't broke - don't fix it, right!?!?!

I did transfer all of my photos and music to cd's last week though. Just in case. You never know.

HOOT, Nightowl, the forest is open for you at all hours!! So glad you are here with us!

Sunny, I got the photo's. You don't know how wonderful I felt when I saw how great Charli is doing!!! YAY!!! You were so close and didn't call! Next time, we'll drive up there to Ottawa and see you, or INSIST that you take the drive/train/bus down here. It is only two hours!

Ann, we had a wonderful weekend, thank you!! We went down to the cabin as we always do. André hid all the Easter goodies in the forest (a week late, but the kid weren't around last weekend)...for his grandchildren, and they had a ball looking for it. Now that the cabin is ours (we bought it back from his x), I feel much more comfortable changing it into my new "wolfden". It is beautiful, old, and cozy. We have to change the roof this summer. Right now it is a beautiful big glass dome, but it leaks!!! There is 89 acres of untouched forest for me and Faith to frolic in! There is still a lot of ice storm damage, so we'll be cutting down firewood for years to come. Hope that one day you can all come and spend some quiet restful days in the forest with me. Wouldn't that be wonderful!!!

I'm into day 8 of the "D" days, and this has been particularly rough this time around. André has been wonderful though, and although I feel bad when he's up all night nursing me, and should be sleeping, I'm grateful for the comfort he brings me. I love him so much, more and more every day! Funny, nothing seams as dark and scarey when you are not alone. *sigh* I am so blessed.

Sending lots of *LOVE* & *LIGHT* to you all, wishing you a wonderful week ahead.

Foresty
