Subject: American pageants

American Pageants -- pm, 17:56:00 08/22/04 Sun

I just wanted to express my thoughts about this system. We have attempted to go to 2 of their pageants and both have been cancelled. One everyone drove to and did not find out till we got there. The other one was not posted that is was cancelled, I had to make a call and a e-mail to find this out! What will be cancelled next, Nationals??
This was my first and only experience with this system so that did not leave a good impression and we will not be attending their Nationals.

I am started to get so frusted with these directors that act like cancelling is no big deal!! Last time I checked we are your customers and word of mouth put you out of business! Some of the directors will send out e-mails stating they need to know who is going before they cancel. To those Directors, thank you!!!

Granted I may have a bad taste in my mouth due to the fact Amerikids still has not paid us back.

I just wanted to vent for a second and to any Directors reading this. We understand you may have to cancel a pageant, all we ask is that you communicate that and don't wait till the week before or the day of.

Sorry if I took up to much space with my post, just had to get it off my chest
