Subject: GEORGE & STAN - Kings of Tex-Mex guitar & bass - and THEN SOME !!

Thanks to my friend Ted Knapp (Seattle area), he & I (Eugene, OR) have been HUGE fans & collectors for many years. You guys have just pumped out such high-end rockin' and variety instrumental music, I just can't thank you enough! AND I can't get enough of it, either.
We flew down a few years ago, met you-all, toured the NP Studio, Buddy Holly Museum, attended your evening show. The Crickets, the Bopper's son and Sonny West also performed, plus Chuck Tharp sang "Long, Long Ponytail" (even though he wasn't feeling well). WOW. We really enjoyed the Meet & Greet, and autograph party with all you cool people, such as Buddy's HS girlfriend and the actual Peggy Sue, among others. A real treat. You all were super. Stan talked to me a lot and I felt kinda special. (OK, that's a little pathetic, but he's a neat guy -and I tried not to act like a groupie).
I've also met and enjoyed Nokie Edwards performing here in Oregon. You guys are in a class ALL your own. Wish you pros could team up on some fun project! But G & S, you are the absolute tops in my book!
Thanks for all the great work and unique / unequalled music!
