Subject: Hi from a long time fan

Hi guys-I remember hearing Vaquero and Bulldog and others on the radio as a kid, and as I learned drums and guitar from the records of the day (Chet, Ventures, Duane,Doggett, Lonnie Mack,Wray, and local players in Virginia and my family, brother Jim especially, who taught me Vaquero, and the Fireballs were special to me cause I loved the Spanish feel and it was tough to find your records, but my Dad worked at aradio station which helped.I met Chet and Nokie Edwards in Nashville at the Chet Atkins Appreciation gig, met Duane there, and Jimmy Torrez- heard lots of great new guys, and am grateful for all the influences that helped me learn. Really good arranging and playing, fellows. Thanks.
