Congrads Susan! It seems I've been almost stuck lately. The weight loss has slowed dramatically to about 5 lbs a month, sometimes a little less, it's scarey!! I had a little foot surgery, which has seriously halted my exercise and ability be more active. Hopefully when this foot is healed and I get back to my program the wt loss will pick up again.
