Subject: Ugh. My turn for "what's been happening in my life"..

But first I'm so sorry to hear your house got broken into Shaz. That's just what you don't need, I hope you're not too shaken by it. Did you have any insurance???

Well, my life is very...um well stressful of course and rather on the crap side but getting better! This week I have all my crap due, but I've already handed in one of my major essays. I was so freaking out about it and had to go to Melbourne Uni library (which by the way is the WORST library I;ve ever been it - it's a mess and it smells and nothing is labelled and nothing works!). Just managed to make the 4500 words...but for my other essay I have 7000 words and it's meant to be 4500 too! Plus my presentation the other day which was kind of crap, and then yesterday, I had my firsy FIFTY minute presentation, and Ashten said it was excellent...but it wasn;t WORTH anything! It's so frustrating!

So now I am ploughing through this stupid essay and my stupid report on my stupid thesis. And last night we had an absolute disaster at our flat. Our hot water heater tank thingy sprung a leak! Only we were asleep so we didn;t know. we got woken up by a security guard banging down the door at 4am and waking us up! It was so scary! I thought we had an angry raging burglar or something. But the water is all over the hallway, in Sam's room - and it made a waterfall down the stairwell! Tjhey turned it off and this morning they're meant to come fix it but they haven't yet. There's this guy here now who's going to dry up the carpert and he says it'll be really NOISY. AAAH!

On the bright side I am keeping my head around Cameron, who has started calling me "Em' in this very familial way... Mmm hmm. Oh and the other day I saw a mummy duck and seven ducklings all zooming around the courtyard! so cute!

And Heidi's in Thailand taking tree cores for her thesis project. Meanwhile here I am with wet carpet and a lot of NOISE. *sob*
