Thanks everyone! Kaz, I saved my 19th bday poem!! Do you want to compare, compare!? 20 bday one is more "twisted"! hehehe!!!!

"Money," poor Si thought to herself,
"Is all I’ll ever receive."
While visions of Nicnic danced in her head…
Was it too much to ever achieve?
There’s a little story behind this sorrow,
And I am slightly to blame.
I was overtaken by an ambition of white satin lace,
Oh, now I feel so ashamed!
While sheep fought kisses, and cats ate snails,
And the dogs got a piece of the action;
Behind the scenes I plotted and schemed,
And soon began a chain reaction!
How could I have known that Nic,
Had tuned in to my fatal chord?
That he listens when all else is calm,
To the tap-tap-tapping of keyboards?
And while he listened on in horror,
I have a little secret to confess:
I myself have a superhuman power,
PSYCHIC MERGE! How could Si have guessed?
While Nicnic tuned in I planted a seed,
Of perilous, nay, ominous doubt…
“No miracles, no angels, if you find Si,”
THAT’S what I’m talkin’ about…
So, the next day, overcome by guilt,
I made a quick trip to HK,
Another PSYCHIC MERGE was about to occur,
To convince Nic that Si was OK.
And you know, he ran when he saw me
Running up his apartment stairs,
“Stay away from me lady! You’re kinda scary!”
And then a second thought did flare.
Could it have been possible that in my connection,
I had unwittingly made a mistake?
I am only 18, and my powers are limited…
Did I send my own, not Si’s face?
And so Si, you have to fear not,
I think you've powers of you own.
Who scrambled my wires, and twisted the lie?
Who has the skill of MEGA PHONE?
Nicnic, forever grateful he was shown the light,
And didn’t fall into my trap,
Searched out 19-year-old Si, alone with her money,
Oh heavens, I am such a sap…
So Si got the guy, and I am alone,
But my birthday is drawing near;
You better watch out, you better not cry,
Enjoy Nicnic while he’s here.
