If you go to the Romance in the Rain page on this site (in filmography and then click on romance in the rain, there's a "purchase" option which will take you to where you can get it on yesasia.com

It is a series though, not a movie (made for tv, around 49 hopur long episodes)

As for the songs, you can try finding them at "Be A Part Of Vicki Zhao Wei" website!! (look in links)
