They've stopped releasing the cd, which is why it is pretty hard to find nowadays.
Umm...I think yesasia is out of print on the asian version, but still has the mainland china version "out of stock"
There you can leave your email and when it is in stock, they can notify you...^^

go to yesasia.com and search for "Romance in the Rain"...^^
