True, but I don't think that the networks are trying to be racist and sexist. They're just trying to give the viewers what they want. And we want Kilby!

I remember a woman produced LLS before Todd Yasui. And there are a couple female writers at Late Night with Conan O'Brien. And The Tonight Show has a female director and a couple female writers.

The one thing that really gets to me is when she said, "And the problem is, women like watching men." I don't see how it's a problem. Basically, she's saying men suck, but it's our fault that they get all the anchor/host jobs. I think maybe she hates people in general.
