Ok, the listserver is down but you can still connect to I-WAR or any other flserver by using the direct ip method.

Close freelancer if it's running, then go to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Freelancer\EXE\ and launch fldirectip.hta.
In the ip box, type 203.59.87.183
leave the port on 2302
Click 'add server' then click 'launch freelancer'

If you get a 'script warning' click open the dropdown list and choose 'authorize this script' [or whatever it says to allow it]

When freelancer starts, click your way through the usual menus till you get to the list server page.
I-WAR should be at the top of the list.

You can add the command line direct to your freelancer shortcut directly, by right mouse properties on it and add a space to the end of the target window text then adding -s203.59.87.183:2302 to the end so it looks like
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Freelancer\EXE\Freelancer.exe" -s203.59.87.183:2302
and click OK and that will save the command in the shortcut so you don't have to keep using the fldirectip.hta file evertime you want to connect.

I-WAR is on a dynamic ip so it may change.
If it does I'll update this thread with the new ip
