Hi Sarah,
Nope, you'll need to wait one more year. I know it's hard to wait when you really want to do something but it's very, very important not to start Pointe until your body is mature enough. If your muscles aren't ready and your turn-out isn't full you can do permanent damage that might not show up until you're older.
It's also much prettier to do a nice Lyrical dance for a pageant then stumble around on pointe shoes with no turn-out and bent knees.
Be patient; you'll be glad you waited.
