是否上次童軍錦標賽?

那次其實我是從基本技術上考大家。
大家在上定向班時學到了不少技術，但很多時就是缺乏適當的整合工作，致令大家跑比賽時有力不從心的感覺。

該次course E, F (H16, H20, HB, D16, D20, H14) 我的重點主要是放在CAR (Controls, Attack-point, Route-choice)中的攻擊點(attack points)上，一個很多童軍掌握得不太好的技術，其次當然有考R 入面的3S 這些更基本的技術啦

學了很多很多技術而不懂融會貫通，只要你遇上一些長路段，你就會不知所措的了;
