連ir 說得對，定向是君子運動，所以對自己誠實是首要做的。

我想再多講一下預先計劃的技術。如果大家唔明我下面講乜, 歡迎打個電郵給我問我或留下ICQ，我可以慢慢解。

預先計劃 (Plan ahead/ forward planning)
1. 在出發區接到地圖，首先看看那些是長路段/艱難路段 (legs)
2. 當然我是邊跑邊看圖的，在進入控制點前應已有全盤計劃
3. 在跑的時候已完成下個控制點的計劃，就可拿這些多出來的時間慢慢看長/難路段怎樣解決
4. 在賽程的後部份，其實早己計劃好最後數個控制點點樣去, 而難路段又解決得七七八八的時候，自然要記住三數個控制點不是難題

要clarify的是, 我不是只記下三個控制點, 而是越難的路段越花多點時間多看。

Dicky, 這個嘛......我也有這個被人跟的問題

我絕對承認被人跟是會有一定的壓力的，在被人跟時記得要更加專注於自己的定向，要想著怎樣可以跑得更好，但切勿想怎樣甩開跟住你的對手。
想甩你的對手很多時到最終只會使跟你的人得逞，得到他想得到的回報﹕
1. 跟人的人都會自己看圖，你錯的時候就會唔跟你
2. 你想著怎樣跟人會使你的比賽節奏搞亂，減低速度

記住，要將被人跟的壓力轉化成推動自己跑得更好的推動力，不要使壓力成為你的絆腳石。
