The WRU moved the goalposts last season stopping Aberavon going up so why can't they change the rules again and let these two sides go up this season. The supporters that these two sides have are greater than the Scottish sides who were allowed to play this year. Surely this would be beneficial to both the clubs and the WRU financially?
