不遠千里

不遠千里”這則成語又稱“不遠千里而來”，表示不以千里爲遠來到某地，比喻不畏路途遙遠。

這個成語來源於《孟子.梁惠王上》，孟子見梁惠王。王曰：“叟！不遠千里而來，亦將有以利吾國乎？”

梁惠王見了孟子，熱情地說：“先生，您不以千里爲遠來到我們魏國，一定是給我的國家帶來利益了吧？”

孟子回答說：“大王您何必一開口就講利？有仁義就行了。如果君王說怎樣有利於我的國家，大夫說怎樣有利於我的封地，士和老百姓說怎樣有利於自身，這樣上上下下都追逐私利，那麽就危險了。”

接著孟子說道：“在能出動一萬輛兵車的國家，謀殺他們國君的必定是能出動一千輛兵車的大夫之家；在能出動一千輛兵車的二等國家，謀殺他們國君的，必定是能出動一百輛兵車的大夫之家。

大國的大夫能從萬輛兵車的國家中獲得兵車千輛，二等國家的大夫能從千輛兵車的國家中獲得兵車百輛。這些大夫的産業不能說不多了，但是，他們永遠不會滿足。所以您不能再宣揚私利了。”

梁惠王聽了很受觸動，焦急地問：“那先生以爲該怎麽辦呢？”

孟子說：“從來沒有講仁的人會遺棄他的雙親，也沒有講義的人會不尊重他的君主。所以，大王您只要講仁義就夠了，何必再講利呢？”

看到各位同學對出自《孟子》的成語有這麼深刻的了解, 也引起了我對《孟子》這書的興趣。然後,我就發現了不遠千里這個成語。
