I suggest releasing a beta version. Totally completing a videogame can take very long. So, release the beta version, and in the rear lines, continue improving the game. The only thing I tell you is that, try to release a game that is fully playable. There is nothing worse than reaching level 3 and being told that the game is to be completed. Even if graphics are not the very best, even if sounds are not the very best, try to finish the videogame itself. Thats pretty much the case with Astroseries RTS. Sounds and graphics could be improved a lot, but the game is fully playable.
