5 or 6 guards? You just said these units weren't very strong. And thats right, they are not very strong. However, you begin the level with about 50,000 minerals. So what you should do is build plenty of farms, and build about 6 to 8 barracks. Train about 50 or 60 Nagoran Guards and they sure should be able to do something. And by the way, to win the level you only have to rescue the Aerial Factory by bringing any unit near it. So maybe during the heavy fight, you might take 4 or 5 off from the battle and walk right next to it. It ca be won. I have won against this level plenty of times. Fair and square. Always in a comfortable manner.

Also, you begin with about 4 Nagoran Warriors with guns. Don't just waste them. Use them in a smart way. Send plenty of guards first, and then use your Nagoran Warriors wisely, from behind. They are far more powerful than any of the Nagoran Guards, so use them for quick kills while the Nagoran Guards take the beating. You may want to concentrate the fire of all your four Nagoran Warriors against lone enemies for faster killings, as well.

Astroseries RTS is a strategy game. Often, planning out your tactics work far better than just wasting wave after wave of warriors in pointless attacks.
