Hey Cory, how long has this been happening? You might want to just take a couple of days off and give everything a rest, maybe even some ice just to be safe. Often the extreme repetition on the muscles from drumming will cause some "strange" pains, though with the amount that you're drumming, it shouldn't be anything serious. Make sure you stretch before, during and after drumming, and make use of all your muscles (and natural weight!) so one specific group doesn't get over-taxed.
