There is a chance (albeit a small one) that I could get the new exercises sent to Liz on Sunday for her to post them on the website. I will try my best as I am on my way to teach some Phoenix lines that day (which will obviously not be nearly as fun as teaching Page!)

I had an awesome time at the camp. I hope everyone else enjoyed themselves. I feel stupid already being this excited for the 2006 WGI season! Keep rockin' and turnin' yo wrists-
