Hey guys it's KC again to respond to the last five topics in one bulk message.
First, Capitol Punishment. I believe that Capitol punishment is the way to go. As heartless and cruel as it is to kill another life or to deem it as unfit to live, despite the fact that you have no personal relationship with this person, the fact is the prisons aren't scaring people into obedience. They're wasting time and money on criminals. True some may be innocent but there is obviously no way to fix this so it isn't even a point worth addressing. If we kill them they go away, that's the idea. You can hide them and spend money on them, or you can make them go away. If you ask me we need to rethink society's out look on criminals. Why do we assume that they're evil unfixable people that should be locked up forever? I say if we don't want people breaking the law that badly let's get serious about it! If ya ask me there is no simple solution, I like Singapore’s method: fine'em, for even the slightest infraction thousands of dollars will be lost, that'll detour the mild mannered criminals, for the rest kill'em off if we hate them so much as to put them in a prison for 20 years we may as well just say sayonara baby, and flip the switch.
Second, Censorship is not OK at all, ever. We are in America if you want it and you're willing to work for it you can have it that's all I got to say.
Third Creation v. Evolution, obviously (for those who know me any way) creation, but I will say that this point isn't a valid debate because evolution has already been proven, now the real question is about if we should teach in school that the current human is v7.1 or v1.0, for me I'm not sure which I believe yet.
Fourth Gay Marriage. I don't have much to say, I'm pretty big on the whole freedom thing and except in life threatening situations I don't think the Govt. should get involved and say what people can and can't do. So on this one I'm pro-freedom, whether the kids, or society will go all to heck over it or not I won't say but I will say freedom of choice all the way.
Fifth Church v. State, when it comes to this subject I don't think they should be associated. I go to church on Sunday and I go to school Mon. through Fri. If I choose not to go to school or Govt. related activities on Sunday that's my choice but for someone to try and make my atheist buddy do the same, I am against. As far as God in the money, and what not, I say you're going to tick people off no matter what you do, so save our tax dollars and leave it.
Adios
KC
