Mrs. Woodard and I greatly reassessed the rehearsal and performance calendar for this year. The new calendar will be posted on the door, copies will be made for you and your parents(we will hand them out at the meeting).

On it you will see that the staff recognizes the parent concern of night time rehearsals and time at home for homework and other home duties. There are still 8 Tuesday nights, however there were 16 before. January has 8 of them so that members of our group who are participating in other groups my still continue to be apart of WGI. Feb, Mar, and April only have 2 Tuesday night. You will also see that Tuesdays will only run until 8:30 in an attempt to get you guys home a little earlier.

If you have any questions wait until after the parent meeting as your parents should be able to answer many of them. If you do not have a parent who can make that meeting we will need to schedule another time when we can meet because Mrs. Woodard and I feel it is VERY important to speak with your parents.

All that being said.... it was good to see you all even though it did mean school starting.
