dear rommel,

Its really nice to note that you are moving on there, as of this moment you are the only region to organize an officiating group keep it up.. swimming community in zamboanga and nearby regions needs you.

I knew all your interim officer except Flordeliza Fernando.Please draft your own By-Laws, with your own regional name.., Kailangan lang angkop sa mga pangangailangan nyo (Members).not one sided it must ideal.

With regards to seminar in coaching we are waiting for PASA to schedule the said seminar... iIn the maintime as you said you are reading the Philippine Swimming Message you can learn a lot in the post of Mr. Wilfred Arzaga and if you have any question don't hesitate to him do write in the message board use you real name..

I hope my team can participate in cebu competition i'll gonna talk to the parent's beacuase we participated in bacolod 2005 Maskara meet.. it cost a lot you know.. but will try..

Just keep in touch in this message board or at Philippine Swimming..

Please tell Leroy that his "KUMPARE" Mr. Wilfred Arzaga is alive in the Philippine Swimming Message board they knew each other..
