When Ed first came on I liked it very much. Then, Carol became involved with the old guy!!(Martino)and it started down hill. I mean, why does the romance between Ed and Carol have to be like any other show on TV. I do not buy the idea that two main characters cannot have some kind of romance and not spoil the show. That seems to be the same line of thought that every show ont television has. To me, it is just like of talent in the writing of the script. I don't watch Ed much, anymore. Just my thoughts!!
