"That's a great name. 'Ryan Giacomo." He nodded a little, pleased with the way it rolled off his tongue. "Sounds prestigious." He grinned a touch and then slouched back into his seat, prepared to wait out however long this might take, his eyes moved over the monitor again and he remained silent for a few long moments before he spoke again. "Maybe you should try napping some, you might need the rest..." It was going on one in the morning and it was promising to be a long night. Once the baby was born neither one of them were promised any amount of sleep. He was pretty good about powernapping and was actually thinking about partaking in some. The nurse had recommended it when she came in but he had thought he would be to excited and nervous to sleep, though now, it was becoming a bit more routine and not as sickenly nerve wracking as it was the first hour. He might be able to get in a bit of rest but only if she was able too. A yawn escaped his lips at the thought and he rubbed his eyes, shifting to stand up and pull off the sweater he had put on over his beater. He draped it carefully along the back of the chair, getting more comfortable in just the pair of diesel denim and beater that clung to his muscled torso. "Do you think you would be able to sleep a bit in between contractions?" He questioned, raising a brow as he shifted to fix her pillows and make her a bit more comfortable. "Want some ice or anything?" He was going to go get a coffee or soda or something in a few minutes but he wanted to make sure she was as comfortable as could be expected in this sort of circumstance.
