He held Ryan closer to his chest, pressing a soft kiss to the boys forehead as if he could protect from the world in the safety of his arms. "I hate to make him leave here, it hurts him outside..." He murmured, though he knew they did need to take the baby in and at least have him checked out. He just saw how the baby had reacted to the dim lights of the sunlights in the living, he could only imagine how much pain he would be in the brightly lit doctors office. His brow furrowed a little as he nodded though, letting out a soft breath. "Go on and call and see what they say, sweetie, let me know what the say." He murmured softly. "I'll stay with him in here." He watched as she stood and exited the office before he sighed and went back to holding and watching his boy. "Such a good boy, Ryan..." He murmured softly to him, trying to soothe him before he noticed the boy had fallen asleep. Poor thing had worn himself out. Carefully, he grabbed the playpen in the corner of the office and set it up, setting Ryan down there so he could sleep. Once he made sure his boy was settled, he carefully turned on the baby monitor and left the room, making sure no light drifted in while he snuck out the door. "Gia?" He called out softly, looking around for his girl but keeping his voice quiet so not to wake up Ryan in the other room. Bambi, Destiny and Candy were all on the couches, watching scooby doo and he smiled at that, heading that way to spend just a few minutes with his much neglected dogs....
