  • He was pissed when he found nothing out of the ordinary in the parking area and figured maybe a mouse or something had set off the alarm. He headed back upstairs only to find the living room ok but his office in shambles. A low curse escaped him, certain now that something was wrong with Gia and that they had his laptop...it would take a smart guy to get into it but it was possible and that him quietly freaking out. Quickly enough he got dressed and whistled to Bambi to once again come with him before he headed to headquarters to use the main computer there to override his system - hopefully.   • He had nearly shouted in relief when he saw it was her calling back and immediatly flipped open the phone only to pause as he heard the sounds. Bile filled his throat as he closed his eyes and forced it down, his heart dropping to the floor. His poor, beautiful girl, what were they doing to her? His fingers clenched at his side as he refrained from yelling out, not wanting to give her little tatic of turning on the phone away. Instead he immmediatly busted into his office, typing in some cordinates into his laptop and finding out where she was. He frowned a little bit as he focused on the mens accents...was that Scottish?   • He was typing in numbers and trying to block off information on his personal laptop that had been taken before whoever was all in on this could be privy to information about the guys and Shay and just other things that he didn't want to be thrown out there just when he heard the Scottish voice. When he heard the name of the mall, he immediatly typed it in to see where they were and then cursed as the phone hung up on him. A low growl of frustation escaped his voice before he finally decided to go against protocol on this and dialed up the number to the cell phone that Remy had on him for agency contact, not knowing and not caring what time it was in Scotland.   • Inside -- Remy, 02.27
    • "We have a connection, Guardian." He stated promptly. "Gia's been taken by some unidentified as of yet men who wanted her to throw the trial for Younger. I think I have a location on her but they have one of my laptops and I don't know if I blocked it out in time before they got into it." He let out a low breath. "The thing is, their Scottish, I could hear the accents. I think your man is somehow in cahoots with Younger." Which meant there could actually be a greater chance of someone being able to find Shay here and it just turned everything into a big mess really. To think they were dealing more internationally with a threat with homeland to security just opened up a whole new bucket of worms. (NT) -- Skeeter, 02.27
  • (The sigh that he let out was audible and drawn out and was his way of giving himself a moment to take in the information and think.) We need to get an agent on Shay immediately, I can come back immediately or at the very very least Haylie or Kyrian will be there. (His tone was adament, he wasn't leaving the safety of his wife and child up to some nameless and faceless agent who could be just as likely to be in on it as anyone. When Skeeter said they were scottish, his brow furrowed and he sank down on the couch.) Really. Shit.. this is worse than I thought. (He traced the line of his eyebrow with a finger absently as he thought about Lochlann's lead on Wallace.) I need to go dark, get at Wallace before anything else happens. If Kyrian contacts you you can tell him I did, but his orders are to go to Shay immediately. Get Gia back and find out what the hell is going on there. (He was already on his feet, walking towards his chambers as he spoke.) (NT) -- Remy, 02.27

• "Got it." He paused a second, his brow furrowed a touch. "You might just want to go upstairs and try to get Kyrian on the next plane now, Remy. They assaulted Gia." He stated with a low growl to his own voice, obviously pained about that fact and the way hadn't stopped her from going. He had told her he didn't feel good about it, damn it and she had gone anyways, against his will...there wasn't a damn thing he could do about it either he should have pushed her harder to stay and let him handle things, it hurt to think that he could have stopped this and he hadn't. "I have a few people inside that I can trust, I am taking them with me to get Gia." (NT) -- Skeeter, 02.27

• (He closed his eyes at Skeeter's words.. he had only met Gia a few times but he had grown attached to her just as much as Shay, Haylie and Kyrian had.. and he knew Skeeter had spent a lot more time with her than any of them had. She had saved Haylie's life, for one thing.) Good idea, take out whoever stands in your way if you have to. You'll get full authoization and I will back you. (He had a lot higher position within the agency than the others did, enough to give orders and basically next in line for leading the agency.. people listened when he spoke.) Skeeter - I am trusting you with everything, man.. you're the only one who knows where I am now and you're the only one I can trust. (He said as he started tossing his clothes into his black duffle.) I have a lead that will take me to Berlin, MacTierney has an inside guy that knows his whereabouts - I am going to go straight to him.. we need to end this before it gets any worse. • He nodded a touch. "Yeah, I am on it. Be careful Guardian." He stated before he hung up and then made the call to Kyrian, filling him in on everything before he hung up there adn then called for some guys that he could trust to provide him back up. Soon enough he was changing into some bulletproof wear and strapping on weapons, calling out orders and cordinations to get everything they needed to take care of whatever the situation was... (NT) -- Skeeter, 02.27

  • It took him about thirty five minutes to get his crew together and speed out to where the cell phones GPS system was telling him she was. After getting near the area he had taken some time to do some surveillance and before long there was a commotion at the front door, distracting the guards there with the men Skeeter had brought with him and the sound of gunshots filled the room. He had ducked through the back way, his gun in front of him as he headed through the door halls, constantly looking down at the tracker in his hand before it finally went off in front of the door they were in. He shifted his weight to lift his foot, kicking it in and aiming his gun into the darkness before his vision adjusted and her saw her and the man. While the other man wasn't touching her, he still aimed his gun at him, holding it as he looked down at Gia for a moment, nudging her leg to see if she was awake. "Gia?" (NT) -- Justin, 02.27
  • Inside -- Gia/Griogair, 02.27
    • He frowned, unsure if he should be trusting this man but he wasn't hurting Gia. "Pick her up." He stated, motioning with the gun down to her and then back to the man before he really let it sink in that this guy didn't speak English, at least not very well. "Up..her..." he stated, motioning again. He didn't want to put his gun away and he needed both hands in case anyone came across them. "I have a car outside." He turned back towards the door, hoping the other man would get the gist of what he was trying to communicate. The hall was clear so he motioned the Scot to follow him out, carefully to keep his gun trained in front of him just in case there were to meet any opposition along the way. (NT) -- Skeeter, 02.27

  • His brow raised as he watched the man take off and for a moment he thought he meant to harm Gia until he saw the way his broad shoulders hunched over her and he held her close to his chest. He waited for a second, seeing what he was doing before he made his way along the path that had been cleared, spotting the third men heading towards where the strange Scot and Gia were. He shifted his weight a touch, throwing his arm out to aim and quickly took him down before he jogged over to where the man was with Gia. "Good job." He stated, even though the other man couldn't understand him. He motioned for him to pick up Gia again before he looked around to gather his bearings and then get them all across the parking lot and safely into the car. A low breath escaped him as he waited till the Scot got Gia into the backseat before he nodded and started up the car - getting the hell out of there as fast as he could. (NT) -- Skeeter, 02.28

    • He glanced over, smirking a bit at the sight of the jacket and the grumbling from the man before he looked back at Gia and sighed, his brow furrowed before he turned his attention back to the roads and then quickly made his way to the nearest hospital. He glanced at the man next to him with a furrowed brow, biting his lip absently before he sighed, trying to figure out what to do with him. He paused a second, honking his horn to get the attention of a doctor outside - smoking a cigarette ironically enough - to come over before he whipped out his cell phone, requesting the need for a translator to be sent to the hospital he was out so he could speak to this man. (NT) -- Skeeter, 02.28

  • She was there in no time flat, having been just down the road doing some work at a office building with an older Spanish woman which was always fun times. Gaelic wasn't a language that she was perfect at but she had a good grip on it so she was kind of interested in trying it out. As she climbed out of the car, she looked around, noting the large man who looked a little out of place and somehow just figured out that it was him. She approached with a warm smile, holding her hand and speaking in Gaelic to him. You must be who I am here to speak to and for. I am Kathryn, the translator that Skeeter called for. He was just hanging out in the hallway, waiting for some work on Gia as he let out a slow breath. He knew that most likely she had some...female injuries and that broke his heart. She was so little and precious and she needed a gentle touch not some rough hand on her, especially when she wasn't willing. (NT) -- Kathryn/Skeeter, 02.28

      • He made his way into the room and couldn't help the way the corner of his lips tipped up when he saw her. She looked like such a little brat, all pouty and huffy and he thought she had never looked more beautiful. Quietly, he looked to the doctor, frowning a touch. "Can I have a minute with her?" He questioned, though it was more of a demand then a request. When the doctor headed out with the nurse, he turned back to the table and let out a soft breath, his brow furrowed a little as he came to the bed and set down on the edge, gazing at her for a long moment before he spoke. "Scared the shit out of me but smart thinking with the cell phone." (NT) -- Skeeter, 02.28

  • He felt slightly torn between the agent in him and the man in him. The agent knew that the longer they waited to get the questioning and the tests done the more evidence they would lose - time was their enemy in cases like this. The agent in him was telling him not to coddle the victim until they had done their part in not being the victim any longer. The man him, however, so the woman he was falling for was hurting and upset and wanted nothing more then to just hold her and take her back to the apartment where he could take care of her better then any of these doctors could. His brow furrowed a little as the man won out thanks to the desperate look in her eyes and he just shifted to tug her gently into his arms, pressing a warm kiss to the top of her head. • (She sank into his arms and let him hold her for a while, despite the fact that she never let herself lean on another agent this way, let alone a male agent.. but this was Skeeter and he was different somehow. After a few moments had passed, she too felt the need to move the case forward, the woman inside her might be damaged and aching, but the agent was still there working inside her.) I tried to call you from the club.. these guys grabbed me.. they were to strong. (She said in the same soft tone she had used before.) I don't know where we were.. they knocked me out until I was in the room.. (She started to shake as she thought about what they had done to her, and how afraid she had been, even though the determination was lighting her eyes as she looked at him.) (NT) -- Gia, 02.28

• The difference was that he was falling for her and as she started to tell him what happened, he wrapped his arms tighter around her and soothed his hands over her arms gently. "I had a bad feeling about you going...should have known better to go against my instincts..." He stated softly, hugging her closer as he rested his face into the curve of her neck. "A man there was helping you, big Scottish guy...doesn't speak English but I called in a translator who is here now...we'll see what he knows and why he suddenly turned his back on whoever he was working for." • (She closed her eyes as he shifted closer to her, wrapping her arms around his neck and pressing against him. Her body ached desperately and she wanted nothing more than to go back to his apartment and sleep in his bed, surrounded by his safety and the familiar scent of him.. but right now the mission was more important than her comfort or even her health.. others were in trouble.) One of them said something about Shay, I swear I heard her name. (She said suddenly, lifting her head from his shoulder to look at him, anger burning in her eyes.. if they har hurt that pregnant woman she would freak out on someone.) I just need my clothes..
