(She came to the end of the fence, stopping with her back to it and listening intently to his conversation.. which was difficult with the dog barking at seagulls and the soft way he spoke. Her brow furrowed as he left the message and then her eyes widened and she had the insanely childish urge to jump out from behind the fence and yell "Ha!! I knew it!!" at him while pointing.. and then she would just have to tell his mother. Rolling her eyes at her attitude, she brought a hand up to push her hair back over her shoulder from where it had started to blow around her shoulders from the breeze, which made her shiver as she decided what to do. Suddenly she registered that the sound of the dog had stopped for a while, she could no longer hear her barking.. as a matter of fact, now that she thought about it.. she couldn't hear anything but the breeze and the sea gulls. Frowning, she turned her head to look past the fence line when she heard the soft padding of a dog's heavy feet and the distinct sound of sniffing.. the damn dog was going to rat her out! She sucked in her breath and started to inch along the fence.. she had to get out of here before he caught her again - her luck couldn't possibly be that bad.)
