Subject: MARCH 12 NO FAKE RULE NATIONALS IN OK CITY, OK ACT NOW & GET SUPREME ENTRY $125

Future kings & queens national pageant
Competition one day only, march 12, 2005
Early registration fri. night from 7:45-9 p.m. only!
Official registration Saturday morning: 8:00 a.m.-9:45 pageant starts thereafter, so please be in ballroom by 10 a.m.
3 grand supreme winners 0-3, 4-7, 8 & up

beauty: contestants will first compete in this competition. Attire should be your best formal/pageant attire, no fake rule is strictly enforced throughtout the competition this means you can not have fake tan, fake teeth, any fake enhancements. Yes, Contestants can wear pageant hairstyles and have as little or as much makeup as they desire. One contestant in each age group with the highest score in beauty only, will win this divisional beauty Queen/king. Queens will receive beautiful rhinestone crown, monogrammed banner, & nice gift. Beauty runner ups will receive a crown or tiara. Kings will receive a boys rhinestone round crown, mono. Banner, & gifts.

Anything goes event(required for grand supreme): attire can be anything from casual wear, sportswear, swimwear, etc. whatever outfit you choose that will fit and look good on your child and help show off personality. No pro-am allowed in this event, but all other modeling is acceptable. One winner in each age group will receive a porcellin doll (boys will receive a trophy)

Grand Supreme winners: one winner in the 0-3, 4-7, and 8 yrs. & up The contestant with the highest scores (beauty & anything goes) in these age groups will receive a 11 ½” Mega Star rhinestone crown, mono. Banner, nice gift, & some cash based on #’s in your supreme group.

Overall anything goes: (can not be double crowned, you will receive highest title earned) One contestant in the entire pageant will receive this title and a beautiful custom 7” custom rhinestone fkq crown, mono. Banner & a bratz cd player. You may choose to enter extra anything goes choices for $15 each additional outfit change, the highest score will go in for supreme and for the overall title.

Optional events (you may choose to enter if you would like)

Super star model: can be double won, can win this title along with any other title!) in this event you can pro-am or do any free style modeling you desire, if you enter this event you will change into a different outfit for this competition. One winner will receive a beautiful large crown and mono. Banner

Overall most beautiful contestant: (this event can be double won along with any other title you may earn) one winner overall will receive a 6” custom fkq rhinestone crown.

Overall Photogenic: (can NOT be double won) Submit your favorite glamourous photogenic for this competition should be a headshot and retouching is allowed on the photos if desired. You may enter extra photos at $5 each, highest score goes in for this title. One winner will receive a bratz cd boombox player, mono. Banner and custom 7” fkq rhinestone crown.

Overall snapshot composite (can not be double won): submit a variety of fun pictures on a decorated poster board or cardboard or any type of scrap booking ideas. You can decorate it anyway you desire, creativity is a plus. These must be snapshots (no professional pics allowed on composite) one overall winner will receive a bratz cd boombox player, mono. Banner, * and 7” custom rhinestone crown.

Super star talent: (this event can be double won along with any other titles you may earn) one contestant with the highest score will receive an American idol kaoroake cd player & banner.

Overall swimwear: (can not be double won) one contestant will receive this title and bratz cd boombox player, 7” custom fkq rhinestone crown, and mono. Banner. Wear any swimwear you like can be plain or glitzy.

portfolio star: (this event, can be double won) submit your variety of pictures in an album or binder, please keep photos all the same size and show variety of different looks. One overall winner will receive a nice crown & mono. Banner.

Jackpot competitions: (you can double win)
Off the rack jackpot casual wear: change into any outfit you choose, as long as it has been purchased from the store (can not be custom made) one winner in the entire pageant will receive ½ cash back collected in this category.

Natural jackpot photogenic: submit a natural photo of your child, any size. Can not have any makeup or retouching on this photo. One winner in the entire pageant will receive ½ cash back collected in this category.

Glamour jackpot photogenic: submit your best photo. retouching is allowed, one overall winner receives ½ cash back in this category.

Earn your supreme entry fee: make copies of this entry form and pass out at local children shops or activities but be sure to put your name on the referred by line on the mc sheet. Refer 3 new contestants that have never entered my pageant or not on my mailing list, and your child will receive a free grand supreme entry. Referrals must be paid by deadline.
Sell Good luck wishes: you may sell tickets for $1 each and all $ collected goes toward your child’s entry fees. You may make sell drawing tickets on a $25 walmart gift card that we will award day of pageant, if selling tickets please also donate a prize for the drawing such as avon, mary kay, candle, or any gift you can bring. This is fun, and allows more prizes to be awarded for the drawing. Please send in $ collected, then bring the tickets to registration with you.
GIFTS TO BE BROUGHT TO REGISTRATION: Please bring 3 inexpensive gifts (approx. $5 value each) these will be given to the royalty who will be there to crown your child and they will bring good luck bags for all the contestants, as a thank you for their year reign these gifts will be given to them from all contestants. Gifts should be appropriate for a 3-4 yr old, 7 yr old, & 8-up. These must be turned in at registration, or you will not be able to register.

if you get referrals after you have pre-paid I will refund this amount.

I hereby release the Quality Inn Sw Hotel , Future Kings & Queens Pageant, pageant staff, facility and director, Kim Bobbitt, of any liabilities that may occur by me choosing to entering this pageant. By signing below, I understand that I am responsible for myself and my child. Judges decisions are final. No bad sportsmanship is allowed by anyone! After the pageant, do not come ask me why your child did not win. I am always glad to answer any questions, but remember I did not judge your child!
