Tell your friends all about our wonderful Pageant
Age Divisions:
(Age is day of Pageant)
Girls: Boys
0-23 months 0-35 mo
2 years 3-5 years
3-4 years
5-6 years
7-9 years
10-14 years

Beauty Competition (mandatory): All contestants will compete in this formal event, attire must be a party wear/pageant dress. Judged on overall appearance, personality/modeling, facial beauty and fashion. In each age group, the one contestant with the highest score will be named Divisional Queen or King. Queens will receive a rhinestone tiara, monogrammed sash and gift. Kings will receive a Boys crown, monogrammed sash & award. All alternates will receive a tiara OR a trophy.

Anything Goes Event (Required for Supreme): This fun event you can wear any attire you want for example: sportswear, swimwear, casual wear, etc. One winner in ach age group will win an award!

Prettiest Hair and Smile: This is an optional Overall event, ONE winner in the entire pageant will Be selected and receive a small trophy.

Portfolio: One winner in each age group will receive a tiara.

Photogenic: One winner in each age group will receive a gift and (2) photo protectors.

Talent: One winner in each age group will receive a trophy. Bring your music already cued, if music is needed.

Grand Supreme Winner: We will award the ONE contestant with the highest combined score in the Beauty competition & Anything Goes events, out of the ENTIRE pageant with this prestige title. Winner will receive a Large Crown, monogrammed banner, and special gift. If we have at least 15 contestants in each supreme group we will award two supremes 0-4 and 5-UP. So remember work on the referrals to get the #’s up.


Referrals: Let’s help make this pageant a big success. Please make copies of this entry form and pass out at dance, portrait studios, other pageants, family and friends, daycare, beauty supply stores, etc. Be sure to write your name on the referred by line located on this form MC sheet. For everyone who picks up one of your forms and mails their entry in with your name on it, you will get $5 off for each referral, that applies toward your entry fee.

I need for all contestants who plan on competing in the pageant to please send in this entry form and at least a $40 deposit which is applied toward your entry fee no later than Oct. 10.
