Enter the Pageant Free
Any contestant that gets 3 paid referrals can enter the Supreme package free, optionals are extra. They must be new contestants that have NEVER competed in my pageant system. You must make copies of this entry form and be sure your name is on the referred by line. You can send to Pageants or pageant shoppes that allow paperwork to be distributed there.
Another way to enter Free: Sell $1 Good luck wishes/tickets to friends and family members and we will have a drawing for a gift basket. Moms you could have your own personal drawing on any prizes you may could get local businesses to donate, or if you make candles, etc. When selling the sponsor tickets you let them know they are donating $1 per ticket to help sponsor your child in the BIG crown pageant and it will be applied toward her entry fees. One top seller of Good Luck wishes, will receive a special award at the pageant, so get busy now and sell, sell, sell to earn your way!
Grand Supremes: The one contestant in each 0-3 years & 4 yrs. & up with the highest combined score in Beauty, and Anything Goes will be awarded this prestigious title and will receive a choice of a beautiful rhinestone 11 ˝” Mega Star Crown or a 10” awesome custom FKQ crown, satin banner, Tons of Gifts. You can not win an Overall if you are the Grand Supreme. We do not double Crown except the door supremes!
Anything Goes Event (Required for Supreme): Wear any attire you wish, can be a sportswear, casual wear, swimwear, western wear, etc. Any modeling style you wish, this is fun event and you can wear what you like and model the way you want. (You may choose to enter extra Anything Goes outfits and the highest score will be taken)
Divisional Queen Winners: One winner in each age group with the highest score in the beauty competition will receive a beautiful rhinestone Crown, satin banner and gifts. All alternates will receive a Nice crown/tiara & gift.
Divisional Kings: One winner in each age group will receive a Boys Crown, satin monogrammed banner, and gifts. Alternates will receive an award.
Overall Anything Goes, Pro-am Model, Most Beautiful, Photogenic, Composite, Talent (Must enter the Overall Optionals to win this)
We do not double Crown (meaning if you win overall you can not win age group, you will be awarded the highest title) Overall winners will receive at least a 6” Large Crown custom with FKQ, gift, & satin monogrammed banner.
Divisional optional Awards: One winner in each age group will receive a gift or award.
Overall Composite: This event would be a variety of photographs put on a collage or poster board, cardboard, etc. Can be professionally done or homemade, all will compete against each other.
Age Groups:
Girls: 0-11 Months, 12-23, 2-3, 4-5, 6-7, 8-10, 11-14, 15 & Over; Boys: 0-2, 3-5, 6-Up
We do reserve the right to combine age groups if less than 2 in a group. Age day of pageant, no fall back! Bring birth certificate in case questioned .
Registration: Bring your portfolio and photogenic to pageant registration along with balance due in cash only!
Competition begins at: 11:15 a.m. starting with Beauty, anything goes, etc. Schedule will be adjusted and time set based on entries. Get your entry in as early as possible, and you can choose where you want to be in line-up. First in, last out rule applies.

RELEASE:I hereby release Future kings & Queens, staff, judges,Hotel/ facility from any liabilities that may occur as a result of entering this pageant, such as accident, loss, theft, injury, death, lawsuit, etc. I also consent to the use of any pictures of my child on any publications for this pageant system. Good sportsmanship is a must. We will not tolerate any bad sportsmanship from a relative, parent, child or ANYONE. You will be dismissed from the pageant, will never be able to compete in this system again, and all titles will be forfeited. All judges' decisions are final. NO REFUNDS! The judges are here to do their job and, as we all know, not everyone can take home the Crown! Good luck to you all.
