We have a serious and performing EURO Provider and need a serious and performing USD Provider for a common USD vs EURO forex transaction, USD moves first. The target USDP has to be private entity (company or investor), no confidential documents or POF upfront (they can be exchanged only between principals or authorized mandates), amount 50B+, method L to L or B to B (unconditional MT 103). We need to put in direct contact the authorized mandates (not facilitators or any other intermediaries) for negotiations and transaction arrangement.
