I am direct to EUROP's mandate/signatory and there is no chain of brokers involved. We can transact upon L to L or B to B (Unconditional MT 103. After the USDP has an account opened with EUROP's bank we can issue POF. If L to L is accepted, please let me know at: agt_petroleum@yahoo.com. Then, we have to put the authorized mandates in direct contact. Our EUROP's authorized mandate/signatory will transact with only the USDP or authorized mandate/representative. Chains of brokers will be accepted neither in the USDP's or EUROP's side.
