We need a serious and performing USDP (private entity) for a common L to L USD vs EURO forex transaction, 15/10, USD moves first.
Following the requirement for all forex buyers to have a bank licence as of 1st January 2009, our EUROP gives the USDP access to the platform of a top 25 world banks.
Transacting through a bank platform means that no contract is required. As we transact through a bank we naturally will not issue any of so called compliance documents or POF upfront and we need direct contact for the EUROP�s authorized mandate/signatory to the USDP or their authorized mandate/representative

We will be pleased to receive offers from authorized persons (USDPs, mandates, brokers direct to the authorized persons), not from chains of intermediaries who never know if there is a currency provider at their end.
