We have a real and performing EUROP interested in a USD vs EURO transaction as follows:
1.The USD Provider has to be a private entity and own unencumbered USD deposited in a highly rated bank;
2.Our EUROP transacts only L2L via a regulated bank platform using a tier one account with a world top 25 bank in UK. All exchanges are covered by the UK Law and FSA. Amounts are practically unlimited;
3.The discounts are far more advantageous for the USDP as they are 4% instead the brokers� unrealistic 15/10. 2% is for the platform and the other 2% represent the commissions which are to be 50/50 shared by the USDP�s and EUROP�s mandates and intermediaries. The EUROP�s authorized mandate will provide the draft agreement to cover the payment to the nominated paymasters;
4.The opening of the account for the USDP in EUROP�s bank is simple, free, and subject to bank compliance. The EUROP�s authorized mandate will provide the paperwork and MFPA. Once the account is opened, the USDP has direct contact with the platform and can start exchanging;
5.We transact only with authorized persons, USDP or their authorized mandate/representatives; brokers can only facilitate contact with the authorized persons.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We are also interested in buying any legal discounted currency against USD/EURO upon the same above procedure and requirements.
