Can they lend against bank instruments (ie: interest bearing bank notes, BGs, MTNs, Promissory Notes) What form of collateral is acceptable? Can they assist in procuring the instrument and then turn around and lend against it? Any upfront fees or closing fees out of pocket? Is funding based on project’s merit or collateral/equity? Please advise what the lender’s evaluation criteria is. An overview or brochure outlining your lenders’ terms and procedures would be helpful.
