We have a reliable USD provider. We are direct to the mandate. LOI and proof for funds available for at least the first tranche (minimum 20 M) are required to proceed. It does have to go through me.
The LOI simply has to state the contract amount, the preferred procedures and the amount of the first tranche.
If we are to proceed then an NCNDA would have to be in place for all parties on the MFPA from the buyer down. Agreement would also have to be reached about the commissions. The full details for the USD mandate will be then available. If acceptable, please contact me at: agt_petroleum@yahoo.com.
