A church. Terribly ironic that this was where her sore, blistered feet lead her... Melody sighed as she entered the old building, glancing around at the broken windows and unusued hymn books. Slowly pacing along the isle, she came up to where the figure of Jesus on the cross hung, glancing up at it void of emotions. This messiah she'd believed in had left her so long ago... was redemtion still even a possibility? The femme with orange hair turned away to sit beside the dusty podium ot the front, leaning against it and shutting her eyes.

So lonely... just because she'd fallen in love. She'd thought it was everything, thought they had a chance, thought he loved her like nothing else. Then she went home one day and found him with another... Since then she'd closed up, silenced herself, not wanting to go through the same manner. She'd practically frozen herself to keep the love she'd once felt preserved forever.
