Subject: New to Cinderella

Hello I was wondering if anyone oculd explain what you wear to a Cinderella prelim in the age group of the 7-9 year olds or 7-8 which ever it is. We are new to Cinderella but would like to give them a try but I have no idea what they need to wear and what the make-up rules are. Also if you do a prelim do you also have to do talent? Thanks for any and all help.
