Subject: Thinking of you in Tennessee GOD BLESS YOU ALL!

Please know that all of us here in Tennessee are praying for you!! We hope that everyone is ok and I am glad to see that some of you are responding on this board... I am going to be talking with our State Director again tonight and see what we can do to help out....I was at her house last night in Knoxville and we were watching tv and could not believe our eyes at the horror we saw on the tv. I know most of you don't know who I am, but my name is Doug and I come down to Louisiana every year to be the official videographer for Donna and Allen's Louisiana State Cinderella Pageant. You wonderful people in Louisiana have been so good to me and have welcomed me into your Cinderella family.... if we can be of any help to anyone let me know...I hope everyone is accounted for. Our director , Jeannie said she talked to Donna last night and said her power was just being restored. That was all we had heard. Kim Barnes called me from Texas this morning and was telling me about some of the people down there with Cinderella. Teresa Cooper also e mailed me and told me about this message board.. I am so glad they both contacted me. I just hope everyone is ok and maybe some sort of normalcy can be restored to all of the people in New Orleans and surrounding areas... Please always remember that material things can be replaced and that God is always watching over you no matter how bad things get. The most important things in life are your loved ones, other family, friends and any other brothers, sisters that you have in your life..... Possessions, cars, houses, etc. can always be replaced.... There is always a brighter day at the end of the rainbow and keep in mind that we may not always understand why things happen like they do or why they do, but GOD always has a plan and things always work out for the best. I guess the best way to sum it up is kind of like when The Christ child was reborn... "Nothing Ever Dies, It is only a transition into another life." One other thing that I will say is that in any trying times like these and for other trying times for any of you, listen to the song titled "Sonrise" by the gospel group The Kingdom Heirs. Maybe this can help make your hurt and pain subside some.... Anyway, I am going to talk to Mrs. Jeannie, our State director and see that we all have a prayer for you at our Cinderella picnic soon!!
