Subject: International DVD's

We are now 16 days past the "90 Guarantee" as listed on the contract for the International DVD's. Has anyone recieved theirs yet? We have tried calling the number and the only thing it says is that they were shipped on October 28th. That was over a week ago and nothing yet. We have left messages with no response.
