What have I been up to lately? Well, I was working on an article for Fight Times which was just published this month: http://www.fighttimes.com/magazine/magazine.asp?issue=8&article=322&title=Get-Real

I put up a new video on my website: http://www.counterstriketactics.com/Video.htm

And I'm working on a Counter Assault Tactics Video that will come out this Spring/Early Summer.

Other than that, I'm just going to school 2 nights a week and training clients occasionally... oh, yeah, and hanging out with my kid which is BY FAR the coolest thing in my life right now.

How'd that ride go? Must have been a SERIOUSLY difficult ride. I don't envy you, but I am extremely impressed by both your dedication and your desire to help out such a deserving cause.

Have you talked to Ron lately? What's he been up to?
