In the old days, Nancy tried every diet known to woman. Therefore I've been exposed to alot of them myself. The only ones I've ever found to work for me are the ones that I actually stick to** and combine it with cardio.....maybe even some weight training.

Be it dieting, cycling or fighting, we can only be the best and excel through persistance and lots of hard work!

With that being said, where's my fried banana sandwich? ;)

**I'm back doing South Beach and 2-3 1/2 miles a night on my treadmill. Oh, and when the weather cooperates, we do one of two different short loops in the hills behind our house. One is hilly and 3 miles, the other is less hilly but 7 miles. Both roundtrip. It's certainly nowhere near a "century" ride, just the occasional family ride.
