Dennis.....it's all good brother! Sometimes a little smack is better than caffeine to get ya goin'!!! As for helping me set up my practices the way you S.J. Heavies, let's do it! I need a alot more orgization and direction in my event training......when I start doing it I mean. Lifting is going good. Started off with light weight, higher reps for the snatch, C & J and a few others to work on the form. My poundages are coming up (slowly), but my form is there!

Sean-Dawg....pick up the phone once in a while bitch! Let's start throws training soon. That girl/woman who threw at fresno wants to come out and so does her husband. So if we had a group, it would probably make it more productive AND fun!! Let me know bro!
