Subject: With very savvy judges, this has been known to happen, but hopefully, they ethically and don't take pts from other girls to "lowball" them. The other scenario that this system creates, is that the most CONSISTANT girl tends to win. A girl who no one picks as the winner, but everyone has as 1st ru can actually win! I know for a fact that one of the girls in the top 5 who did not win (not naming names) was told by a judge after the pageant that she had been that judges pick to win.
