Subject Author Date Don't know the South Florida directors, but West Coast/Ft Myers/Sarasota/Manatee Co and Polk Co are both run by experienced directors. They will be prepared and I expect strong recruitment of returnees as well as fresh faces. These women all know what to look for and how to prepare a winner! I am in no way saying that there will not be others who will be as well prepared. There are many many great directors coming into this system.
