Rosmarindoftande lövbiff med parma och mozzarellatäcke:

6 stora skivor lövbiff

Ca 200 g parmaskinka / serranoskinka

3 st 125-g Mozzarellaostar

1 dl grädde

1dl buljong / oxfond

Färsk Rosmarin

Timjan

Salt och peppar

Bröd och grönsakssoppa:
5-6 skivor vitt torrt lantbröd (ca 200 gr)
5-6 mogna tomater eller en burk konserverade hela tomater
1 rödlök
1 selleristjälk
1 morot
1 squash (zucchinier)
150 gr färska haricots verts
1 purjolök
3 potatisar
150 gr vitkål
5 blad svartkål
1/2 kg kokta vitabönor (ca 200 gr torkade vitabönor eller 2 burkar konserverade vitabönor)
1 dl olivolja extra vergine
salt
nymald svartpeppar

Fy fan stefan, låt oss slippa detta.

Lägg till Stickans Italien snack och kvällen blir ohållbar.
