Idrottsföreningar som är anslutna till RF (via ett eller flera SF) skall vara öppna för alla. Detta innebär att en person inte kan nekas medlemskap. Undantag härifrån kan finnas beträffande vissa korpklubbar, vilka endast är anslutna till Korpen.

Div 4 är väl inte korpen?
