Subject: EMERBENCY REHIBILITATION CONTRACT

Due to the granting of amnesty to the Niger Delta Militants by the Nigerian Federal Government. The Government decided to introduce policy of rehabilitation and resettlement to the non skills of the militants in order to avoid the massive killing and kidnapping of international oil expatriates workers thereby disrupting oil operation in the rich oil region of Nigeria . This policy is to discourage the bad image Nigeria created nacifariuos activities of this militants to the international community which is also effecting the low out put of Nigeria oil in the international market and organization of petroleum exporting country OPEC specified grant of Nigerian oil.



This Militants will be trained in trade of their wish. This policy created a room for feeding and providing of household materials to this thousands of restless militants.

You are invited to send the price list of your stock covering food items and household goods drugs in your company.



This contract will be awarded by the Nigeria Niger Delta Development Commission NNDC, for the award of multi million dollars contract for the supply of your equated consignment and goods.
