It could do, yes, because the concept is so strong. Indiana Jones had a strong concept: hero archeologist. Star Wars had a strong conept: space opera. Zak has a strong concept: new age comedy. It could be bigger than the X-Files, because the audience can relate to Zak and Annie more easily than they can relate to two FBI agents. But I doubt that Lucas would do it - if it isn't Star Wars or Indiana Jones they aren't interested.
